1st Belly Shot!

12 Weeks! In a week and 1/2 I will be officially in the 2nd trimester! I finished painting the baby's room yesterday! I had started it in June and had 2 walls left to do and it is finally done. The color is Butter, it is a pale yellow! I will post pics of it later after we clean out the room. I am slowly starting to get some relief with the all day morning sickness....cept for today of course. Baby doesnt like mexican :( Hope everyone is well! Next appt is Oct 30th...next ultrasound to find out the sex should be sometime around Thanksgiving!!!!

It's looking more like a baby!!!

10 week appt went great. I have a new due date of April 28th. One more day closer to my dad's birthday, so he is excited! Baby's heart rate was 167bpm. I go for a boring appt Oct 30th with no ultrasound then sometime around Thanksgiving we will find out the sex!!!! I am hoping the morning sickness wears off soon. 2 1/2 more weeks and I will be in the 2nd trimester. Now if I can get Craig to help me finish painting the baby's room!

Just a quick update.

Well we are still good...i think! Our next ultrasound is Friday and I feel once that is over and everything is ok, I will be able to breathe easier. I am 10 weeks tomorrow. We never made it this far before. I am so looking forward to making my first baby purchase this weekend. I will update again after the appt. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us :)

Update!

So if you have access to this blog, please try to keep a secret for at least another month! We are expecting again! We had our first appointment last friday and saw the little bean's heartbeat! We will let the cat out of the bag after our next appt on Oct 2nd. But so far everything looks great! We are due April 27, 2010. Again please keep this on the down low :)

Clomid here we come!

So I got my results today of my blood work. I never ovulated. So next cycle they are putting me on clomid. This is how my nephew was conceived. Also it ups are chances for conceiving more than one at once :) Maybe we were meant to have twins. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Its Hot!

Summer is here. Although I love summer, I hate the heat! Its over 100 today. I just can't get used to it! If I had a pool, well that would be a different story! Something great happened today! DH volunteered to go grocery shopping by himself! This hasn't happened in a really long time. Or maybe it never has, I can't even remember! Things are good! I have decided on a color to paint our future baby's room! It is Butter Yellow by Valspar. I hope to get started soon, even if I just paint one wall a weekend.
I am still not sure If I like my new job or not. I am secretly waiting on a call back for a 2nd interview with Einsteins's Bagels. So we'll see.
Bloodwork appt is next tuesday. I will follow up with a new blog after I get the results back!

Fast forward 3 months

I have been mia on my blog and I do apologize. I will explain my reasons, short & sweet. We miscarried twins on April 21st. They made it to 8 weeks. I had a d & c on the 24th. We were crushed :(

So enough about the past, I am ready to move forward. So here we are 7 weeks later. AF has finally arrived! She is a real b*tch but she is here. On June 30th I go in to get my progesterine level checked. If it is ok, we can ttc next cycle. So everyone keep your fingers and your toes crossed for us! Hoping for an April miracle.

I started a new job last week too. I am now a Dietary Mgr at a Nursing Home. I am about to enroll in the University of Florida to take courses to become certified, which they will pay for! (taking classes online)

Craig has been in Cali for the past 3 weeks and was supposed to come home tonite, but thanks to the fabulous weather....he will be home tomorrow night.

Sorry for the big gap, I think I am as emotionally healed as I'll ever be after our loss. And I admit, I was afraid to blog about it. But I jumped that hurdle and here I am!
