Audrey is 2 months!

 Today Audrey had her 2 month well visit!  She is actually measuring close to what Zoey was at when she was 2 months!

She weighs 12lbs 12oz and is 22 3/4 inches long

She has slight torticollis right now so we have to do some exercises with her to prevent it from getting worse.  It is basically just tightened muscles in her neck.  She favors looking to the right side whenever she sleeps and it cause her head to look a little flat on that side. 

Other than that she is perfect!  She is very socialable, and loves to smile!   She loves when Mommy sings her the 5 silly monkey song!

Full Term!!!

Today I am 37 weeks pregnant with Audrey Madison Evans!

We had our last ultrasound today and she is measuring 6lbs and 8oz.  At the same appt last year Zoey was measuring 6lbs and 9oz!  Pretty close!  Audrey is head down, but sunny side up with her feet off to my right side.  I am 1cm dilated.  If you recall after this appt with Zoey also being 1cm dilated, my water broke 2 days later!  So here's to keeping her in till Grandma gets here!

August Updates...

We celebrated Craig's Bday on the 14th!  Here is a pic of his yummy cake I got him!  It was a chocolate chocolate chip cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting!  Yum! 

 I set up Audrey's bed today in our bedroom!  This is where she will reside for awhile when she arrives!  The closer to Mommy the better!

 Miss Zoey got yelled at right before I snapped this picture!  She was putting the suction piece of the vaccum cleaner in her mouth!  Yucky!

 She's not sure what this is for, but decides to put a few toys in it!

 My new welcome sign I bought today from Hobby Lobby for 5 bucks!  Love me some fall decor!

15 Months!

 My beautiful baby girl is 15 months this week!  She had a great checkup at the Dr's today and just cried for a short time after her shots!  She's a trooper!

Weight:  23lbs     50-75%

Height:  31 3/4 inches tall!  75-90%

Head:  18 1/4 inches  50-75%

We celebrated a great visit by going to the mall!  We got Zoey some new clothes for fall from Gymboree using our Gymbucks and having lunch together at Corner Bakery.  Then we shared some icecream together!  Good times!

Time is a flying!

Here I am prego at 27 weeks!  And if you haven't heard yet, she has a name! 

Audrey Madison Evans! 

This week I passed my 1 hour glucose test!  I failed it with Zoey and ended up with Gestational Diabetes.  I am a little bummed that I passed since flunking meant more ultrasounds! 

 Zoey will be 15 months old on Monday!!!  I will update her stats after her appointment next Thurs. Zoey has also learned some new things this week!  She can now find her tummy, tongue, toes, ears and scrunches her face when asked where her nose is!  Too cute!

I must say I am melting in this Texas heat!  I fill up our baby pool outside and if we don't swim in it immediately, I have to dump some water out and refill it!  It gets toooo warm!  Lets just say I am counting the days down until Audrey gets here since it also means cooler weather will be on its way!

Said goodbye to a friend...

It was a sad day in the Evans house yesterday.  We came to the tough decision to put Marcus to sleep.  He started having more bladder issues recently and this past week it got out of hand.  We took him to the vets and decided it was time to say goodbye.  I apologize if I haven't told anyone in our family about this.  It is not easy for me to talk about and especially being pregnant, words cannot describe how emotional I am.  So until I am ready to talk about it in person, please don't bring it up to me.  Only time will heal my pain. 

 

We will miss him dearly :(

Shower time!

Zoey's new favorite place to be is our shower. She has to open the door and go in. Even tries to come in when I am in there! So tonight she climbed in while she was in the bathroom with Daddy. So he decided to turn the water on her! I think she liked it!

1st Birthday Party - video!

I keep forgetting to mention to my bloggy world that we are expecting baby #2!!!

On what happens to be April Fools day I will be 13 weeks prego! This means baby "pumpkin" is as big as a peach! Stay tuned for next week! Zoey's 1st Birthday party is next weekend!!!!

Zoey received her first birthday gift today in the mail from Grandpa Maloney! A new car! A hot rod roadster to be exact! Zoey had to watch Daddy working on her car!

Now we just need to hit a growth spurt so we can reach the pedals!
