Sneak Peeks

 Since our house is coming along slower than I expected. 

Here is a little sneak of how it is going to look!

 

 

The first two pics are from the kitchen.  The granite is on the left.  Our cabinets will all be painted "edelweiss" and have a brown glaze on them.  The island will be the dark wood color.  (which will also be the color of the cabinets in all the bathrooms).  The stone on this picture is our backsplash.  And you see a smidge of our carpet that is upstairs.

 

This photo gives a view of what the floors downstairs will look like.  They are nailed down and will be handscraped.  I'm excited to see how they scrape them!

 

At the last minute we decided to forego the carpet in the downstairs office/guest room and we chose the ceramic tile on the left.  We now only have carpet upstairs.

 

The brick and stone for the exterior and the drywall should get started any day now....

 

I'm waiting patiently....NOT!  ;)
